The school community We're truly a community and this sense of togetherness - the ' Coombe- Unity' - is a powerful theme in school life. Cosmopolitan outlook Coombe Boys' School is a richly diverse melting pot of cultures and we're very proud of the school's harmonious atmosphere - it's a tribute to the energy, open- mindedness, communication and tolerance that we encourage. Our boys understand and appreciate their own cultures and personal histories and are open to the perspectives, values and traditions of other individuals and communities. Global awareness We continually celebrate our school's diversity. Through our curriculum and in the wealth of extracurricular activities and foreign trips, our boys develop a really healthy global awareness. Our community Coombe Boys' School is firmly rooted within the local community. Both in the area and further afield, there's a real interest in the Coombe federation and with a very positive profile in the local media, we're able to forge close links with local businesses and organisations. And we regularly give something back to our local area, including running a programme of community work.
